A bit random this one but check the coil plug (the white one) and see if the red rubber gasket is in the bottom. If the gasket is missing it can cause misfire problems as one of it's functions is to stop the plug moving and breaking the contact.
Cable tie the plug to the coil if it is missing and re test.
