I think i will give the battery idea a go. as i have also changed the exhaust baffle. Which did help.
I know that the power range drops of but its more the fact i will lose upto 5m on a kart in a straight line. and no matter what gearing we use it just wont pass the 12700! it just peaks and wont pull on anymore.

What is dyno testing about? if i was to send away would this bring up any problems on the graphs etc and hopefully resolvable by that?!
