the easiest and accurate method i have used ,apart from lasers,is to buy 2 cheap 1 metre spirit levels,get 2 helpers to hold the levels against the edge of the rims with the majority of the level pointing in front of the nose cone.with the levels level measure the distance apart at 2 points marked equally on the levels ,very easy to see if toe in or out or parallel.can be checked whilst sitting in kart on the ground.takes seconds to do .
