Only one person can win a heat or a final. Those individuals are asked to abide by the requests of the scrutineers and provide proof that their components are within the rules by removing those parts and allowing them to be examined and measured by the scrutineers. If they are found to be out of specification by more than the accepted or allowed limits, then they can be disqualified.Clutches are regularly removed and examined and measured, so the level of non compliance is rarely at the top but is more prevalent lower down and carried out by those who cannot reach the top echelons by normal methods and believe that those who win must be cheating anyway. Do not Doctor Your Clutch but Doctor Your Eyes. Look to see where you are going wrong, it will be chassis setup, engine setup or driving. Open your eyes and close your ears to the bull$***.
