Just to add to what Ian said, get the allen bolts in their holes, but not tightened, before you tighten the brass nuts when reassembling. You can end up with them not quite lining up otherwise.

He's dead right about getting the nuts back on before loosening the allen bolts. It may also make them easier to remove.

Torque wrench when reassembling - 15 ft.lb for the nuts, then 8 ft.lb for the allen bolts.
