Hi, we are new to karting and whilst I know someone at the last track we visited told us the fuel/oil mixture for my sons engine, I've forgotten. Not a good start..Note to myself - take notebook next time!!

I recall a figure of 50:1 (100ml oil to 5 litres of fuel).
In addition to this is there a recommended oil to use ?
Would someone be so kind as to confirm/advise before we take the kart out this weekend.
