i know this may seem like letting them "win" but have you considered going to a different track every month(or however often you race)where nobody knows you and you can concentrate on your driving rather than looking out for potential friction points

at the end of the day,if this sort of behaviour is prevelant at the club you attend then why continue to go there other than to "show them",is it really worth the hasstle?

racing at a lot of different tracks is also very challenging and will bring the driver on a lot too
