PF did have a KF3 clubman class but from the results page it looks as if this has faded away. Apart from that I don't think any club runs this class.
Even in S1 for the British Championship there are only 33 drivers listed and of those, 25 seem to have competed on a regular basis. Not really a big enough group to split down into club level.
Maybe the only options for club racing are TKM or Blue.
