Positivekarter - you are joking aren't you? We have a very strict division of labour in our little (2 person) team. He drives the kart, eats burgers and chats to his friends. I prep the kart between heats, strip it after the meet, re-build before next one. When I put his kart on the grid I know it will start, run without problem for as many laps as he can keep it on the black stuff for and return to the pits at the end. That only comes from attention to detail. His idea of attention to detail and mine are somewhat divergent. I do insist he cleans all parts when I strip the kart and he has to lube the chain beteen heats. Apart from that the kart is MINE until the green flag goes up.
