The whole idea and the format of the day does look very good.
I believe careeraman is just voicing a concern that if the selection of the winner is not based solely on performance on the track then you are not really sure if you have a reasonable chance of success.
However, AIM are probably right to have other criteria as no one would want an obnoxious little brat in the team no matter how fast they are - except perhaps Ferrari!!!
