Select the "NKRA and Series Rounds" Button,
Then The "NKRA" option from the dropdown Menu
Then "NKRA Fixtures" from the sub-menu.

It gives you the calendars for the three Regional areas

If instead you select "Classes and Clubs" from the Sub menu, bulletpoint 3 gives you
"• Any driver in the following classes can enter – Comer Cadet, Honda Cadet, Junior TKM, Junior Blue, Formula Blue and Rotax Max."

But I agree with you it's a bit of a mess.
