If your chassis has not suffered any obvious crash damage & looks visually OK, then the only thing you need worry about are the wheel heights. Wheel height errors do have a big effect on handling, but so long as you can adjust it out on the king pin washers, then there's nothing to worry about; you will gain nothing from having a rejig and chassis bending session over moving the washers around!
