I would say a castor/synthetic oil is my choice.
50-1 is the recommended but I say more 40-1 to try and help things last better.
Plugs is choice but I always liked the Denso Iridium but any fine tip ones are good as the less power they need to do the job the better.
Standard good pump fuel but the higher octane and finding the best brand is the drivers choice really.
