No Doubt Rene or Monty will reply to this also, but,
1, yes non Msa , no licence, yippeee !
2, Yes engines must have seal/log book or tune away and run in `open` class. you can get away with running lighter in `open`,
3, 175kg for Rotax, detachable ballast/seat inserts allowed
4, tyres from KKc/Dartford
5, Poss more circuits, needs votes from those competing, but at least it has 3.
