i have a kosmic mercury 2010.
problem i have is that the steering is not smooth like other karts. as you centralise the steering it kind of 'knocks/locks' into place. where as other karts turn smoothly from full lock right to full lock left.

Could this be the bearing in the bottom of the coloumn? as track rods are straight, so is the coloumn. also lazered up spot on. It doesnt seem to cause a problem it just annoying that its like that would like to sort out as only issue with kart!
