The offset will make little differance...the main differance is it the material used to manufacture the rim...and the shape of the rim....all makes perform differantley....if you have an otk chassis Id stick with there rims...as an example, Birel make the Freeline Mag rims, and if you used them on a Tony kart chassis you will need a very differant set up, comapred to useing otk rims...
