I finally got my seat in the right place, I'm so happy.

Every time I've taken it out in the past it's handled like a dog, but after moving the seat round a billion times I got it right and it was like driving a completely different kart. I'm now convinced it's the single most important handling chage to make. It was 6 hours of messing around at PFI for 6 minutes of track time, but so worth it..

I'm 6'1" so if it helps, I positioned my seat in these measurements:

from front of seat lip to front of chassis (LHS) : 640mm
from front of seat lip to front of chassis (RHS) : 645mm
from back of seat to axle : 155mm

This is with an ML Tillett seat in a Tony EVR
