Hi Guys, Having bought many old 100cc motors and run them into the ground now, we've actually got one that we have decided to rebuild! It's been about 10 years since I last ran in a 100cc motor, and I can't for the life of me remember best practices for it!

The motor is a reed valve Vortex and has just had a full rebuild. I seem to remember doing about 3 ten minute sessions, gradually bulding top revs up, and varying the rpm as much as possible during the runs whilst running pretty rich. Am I anywhere near the mark with this? Any help would be appreciated on jet settings etc!
