Mini max is supposed to be class between cadets and jnrs.

At a most basic level we don't want to spend money so classes need to be streamlined so that the poorest of us can use the same chassis and basic engine for as long as possible.

Although in reality most will buy new engines and new chassis the possibility is there to stay with the same chassis and engine throughout the Max and TKM classes. Keep them at club level, just sought the ages and weights out a little better or have Mini and Jnr separated by driver weight instead of age. And do the same with cadets, use the new IAME engine, restricted for one weight category and unrestricted for another (may be racing for the same trophies i.e. comparable performance at least at club level)
