I can't comment on everything (Never involved in S1 and only race local clubbies) but I'll add my two cents.

First things first on the communication side of things; Facebook and social media. I rarely check on here, but I'll see on FB who's racing, who isn't and what's gone on.

Secondly, even TKM isn't cheap. I'm racing out of my own pocked, and even with corner cutting it's Ł250 per race meeting. In my opinion TKM will actually be hit far more than other classes: The racers (such as myself) have less money in the first place, hence chose TKM! Even at club level you've got guys who spend a darn site more than Ł250 per meeting, and that isn't viable for most.

I've been racing just over a year, and in all honesty I'm not too far from stopping, or just racing a couple times each year :(
