Many points on here are valid, but if memory serves me correct there were around 15 responses to the future of karting for the green paper?!

Whilst none of the authourities will get it right all the time, I beleive they try there best but we are our own worst enemy, we bitch and complain when its not right but do not put time or efforts into making suggestions in the right format.

Before you jump down my throat as to using the internet etc thats just a cop out! Its easy to post on forums on what should be changed, but sit down think it through and submit via ABkC and MSA, you will be surprised at the welcoming response. Many of the respondents to the green paper were invited into sub groups to push their ideas forward and these will come out in next couple of years.

Get involved and follow the processes, things do get changed, sometmes for the better sometimes not..
