Spot on, should think the filter is the least of your worries if you go through that in a race or race meeting.
Some points valid though not least - KIS keep it simple - less to go wrong. My point was the CAA see more risk without a filter, rather than with.
Vibration can be worse on microlights, so can the g loading; most are tested to +/- 6g, with some tests to 9G with no component including including the filter (as you might need a second attempt to land afte
