You just glaze busting, or are you going up to the next oversize? If you're just glaze busting, you can do it with 400 grit wet and dry. You can have a go at it with a ball hone (they are all much of a muchness, Brush Research have been OK for me), but go gently because they clatter in the ports and you can lose some of the edge seal. The Sealey 3 stone ones are a bit of a liability, so I'd steer clear.

If you're honing up to the next oversize, you need a Sunnen 2 stone rigid hone, and a decent bore gauge. I tend to borrow those, because they are really not cheap. (About £500 investment last time I checked).
