Dont be under too much of an illusion going into cars !! with some motor racing clubs timetables.

You have the senario of Scutineering at 7.00am,go out for 4-5 laps qualifying at 11am then wait until 5 pm for your 10 lap race to get halfway through and its red flagged due to track curfews and one particular track has four over curfew slots in the year and they keep those for Superbike and Touring Car weekends,not clubbies.
Ł195 entry fee !! Ł1.50 for a coke,Ł4.50 for a bacon butty as well.
As you are moving on !! you will NEVER have the same camaradarie as in Karting eh Andy.
