Not familiar with this engine, but any misalignment of the crank will show clearly as runout of the ign rotor. The ign doesntappear to have a stator . it has a rotor and a coil similar to a honda. the diagram in the homologation should allow checking of the rotor position. Your enthusiasm may be reduced and a tentative pull wont help . Old or unsatisfactory fuel can lead to kikback.
