Can't say we've noticed that in Juniors. And I haven't heard any other complaints. We had a new set a couple of meetings back and it didn't seem much quicker than anything else and at Dunks in testing the 6 meeting old test set was only a couple of tenths down on the race set.

Maybe it's because the weather has been warmer on the whole than for many years? Or the track surface drier/dirtier? Dunno. Worth keeping an eye on though.
