Don't get me wrong I don't know TKM that well, I don't even know karting that well anymore as I last raced back in 2005, but I cant see what you guys mean.

Back in the day the TKMS used to be doing low 35's around Clay Pigeon for instance, and that was with the old green Maxxis/chassis and when it had just gone 'extreme', and I've just dipped in to look at this years Super 1 TKM lap times and I see the quickest in the final was a 35.20.....

Cant see they've made that much progression considering new chassis/stickier tyres etc....
