make sure you have enough fuel in carb, blow thro from tank to prime, take of airbox, put in 2nd gear, place hand over face of carb and rock wheel backwards and forwards to draw fuel up into venturi with the throttle closed, might help with choke on if it has one, replace airbox, leave choke on, get a friend to partially open throttle while you use strap on rear tyre to start, as soon as it fires take choke off, If you suspect no fuel is in carb just check that the floats have not been put in upside down, preventing fuel to get into float chamber. had this happen once as somebody had `looked` at carb and put them in the wrong way up !
