As above, but some assemblies use a coach bolt or long hex head bolt rather than the cone system Penniless Father describes. If this is the type you have, the bolt is assembled starting with the head against the rubber, the aluminium 'top hat' next ensuring it is the correct way round to fit in the chassis tube, the bumper next, then the other 'top hat' spacer, a washer, 17mm nut and another locknut.
