Alex,
If you want to race in the sprint series then you just pay a registration fee of Ł45 for the year. There is no additional membership fee.
For endurance races you register the team name with up to 4 drivers and the registration fee is Ł70 for the team. Again, the team/drivers do not pay any membership fee.
Not really sure what your issue is with this.
