Unfortunately mega money for engines is common in most classes not just Rotax. Hondas are fetching figures of 6k, comers used to be thousands until IAME come along. Its not just engines though, how many Chassis do you see sold on after 3 meetings for peanuts which devalues everyone else's chassis.

It would be nice to think that the IAME x30 and the Gazelle will be all equal, but some will eventually be more equal than another and then prices will start to go up.

Motorsport is a sport that will always favour the wealthy, and if im honest if I could afford it I would spend it to.
