Ian I agree with your comment but the original post says complete & new 2014 motor. You are not able to request a specific cylinder marking range when ordering new, however given limitless funds technically you could do an RPM and by loads to mix n match, the fact remains the customer would then not be receiving a NEW motor but a pre tested and pre run motor. By definition a new motor is just that, new! Whilst the X30 is without doubt an excellent product the numbers available are still relatively low equating to basically one or two production runs which would reinforce the idea that there was excellent parity. I just wonder if that parity can be maintained a few thousand units down the line.
