Pete is more than capable of racing at Fulbeck (previously winner of championship) and he can negotiate the chicane's however he won't race there since the first chicane has been included in the start as there are plenty of people who can't and he will not run with an unnecessary risk.

I know of at least 3 other drivers who know how to race and they have walked for the same reason.
