personally I would not use under 14v. as you use the gun the voltage/power/strength is dropping, people that dont reconise this are the people that think they have tightened the wheel nuts because the gun has stalled. ALWAY CHECK THEM WITH A WRENCH.
If money is no object then you can find guns with adjustable torque, saves stripping the nut out.
A Sealey 14v. is very popular in/around the park.
