I think it was all specified in the latest karting magazine but can't remember the exact measurements. There is a new tool for carrying out the measurement though. Give them a call and they'll be able to help.

As for the engine, if it went through full scrutineering towards the end of the year and passed, it should be ok. Even at club level they were stripping them right down in light of the problems. The only way you can be sure though would be to get it checked.
