The Clerk is appointed by the club, not the MSA.

The MSA steward is appointed and allocated by the MSA. His expenses are dealt with between the MSA and the Steward and criteria for these are quite strict.

I can tell you that any expenses I may get as Clerk are not even remotely close to Ł150 per day, and it would be wishful thinking on my part if they were!!
