I think only having 2 Clerks when you have a mix of S1 and club racers doesn't help.

The guys at the top that spend huge amounts and expect to win at all costs really need to be dealt with, but this is difficult when there are too few clerks and driving standards observers on circuit.

When youngsters see nothing being done they will only learn that the standards they are seeing are acceptable.
