The lower entry age for car racing has outmoded the old progression from mini to junior to senior karting. It is a mystery to me that there are good grids for senior classes (TKM, X30, Rotax) at some clubs yet others attract just a handful of competitors.
S1 is a shadow of its former self.
There is room for a series/championship that doesn't permit professional teams and has a condition that any entrant can buy the winners engine at list price. Maybe regional rounds and a grand final.
Any takers?
