25 and .5mm overbores costs even more and was dropped from the rules quite some time ago as some drivers/teams was even doing re bores on new engines, it did make them even quicker.
If it is allowed again, see even more costs on engine prep and bigger gaps on lap times between the quickers and not so quicker times.
