They do it on Holland, I think I've only seen it happen once and I raced over a 3 - 4 year period over there. Would say it works, as the playing field is quite level.

The problem with doing it in cadets, is the competative dads! It works in Prokarts because we generally don't go flashing our cheque books, when we get grumpy about being beaten. So probably not a good idea to put in the rules for Honda cadets.
