Steven Welsh will give you some base set up - I am sure he will be around soon.

Even with these there is no short cut to playing around with as many different combinations of set up yourself - go to extremes and see what difference it makes only just change one thing at a time. Some will make you slower, granted, however, it will teach/help you understand the charactoristics of your chassis and what to change if you experience a problem in a certain condition.

With a base set-up to revert to you can never go wrong. At least you are starting off with a good chassis. Some of us started oiut on a bed frame with wheels!!
