hi, my engine will start ok and run on tik over, but when revved will start to splutter. i have cleaned carbereter, jet, fuel pump and re set air screw to standard, as well as doing the same to valve springs. have even put fresh petrol through it, all have not helped. can you? many thanks for any help given.
