Probably carb or Fuel pump although the other items Brian suggested might still feature.

Your list doesn't mention cleaning the pilot jet - the black one under the idle screw - it is the usual culprit.

I would concentrate on one thing at a time. Swap the carb and if this works start swapping parts in the defective one until you find what it is.

Check all the fuel lines for cracks and leaks - they do go hard with time and costs nothing to replace. Also for any nipped piped.

The fuel pump (it is is the Honda stanadard) either works or doesn't. The diaphragms do fatigue and there are no replacement parts for these.

Don't worry about re-cleaning items - stuff in carbs and pumps can be quite stuborne and a dip in a ulta sonic bath might be the ultimate cure.
