Concern here from my prospective, I am not againest the idea but can someone tell me what if please.

I go to a meeting and buy jonney x's engine after he won a race and the engine had been checked and has passed scrut, I goto another meeting, and My little boy wins, the engine is pulled apart and found illegal as this week they are checking something differant, what happens who gets hauled over the coals and would i lose points or not. JUst a concern and wonder whats going to be put in place to prevent this from happening
