THE plug to use in a biland is an NGK PMR8A.

Chain wise if you want endurance-length use, use an RK Blue O-Ring chain. No other is as good.

If you don't want to spend that sort of money and don't mind changing the chain every 3 or 4 hours use a DID gold link non o-ring chain.

I would also adivise you fit a cush-drive sprocket carrier if you havn't already, as they make an enormous difference to the life of the chain.
