Everything should still be good at 20 hours and with the consistent compression will give you some confidence.

That said 2 readings 20 hours apart could mean numerous things. Eg engine is as goods when it was last rebuilt and is of similar compression now - fine. Or that after the rebuild compression improved as the rings bedded in peaked at say 165psi and where you are now is on the decline.

Remember that compression test on its own is not a true measure of an engine's performance.
