we use one of them spanners with pegs sticking out of the side that you get with angle grinders to change the disc, find the right one that fits into the two holes in the side of the clutch shoe and as you tighten up bolt shoe locks onto drum this can be used to undo bolt aswell.since using this method we have never had bolt come loose.don't like using buzz gun on clutch bolt because of risk of over tightening & possible snaping in crank. hope you know what I'm on about and it helps you.
