I took my biland out today and the running temperature seemed to me to be very high indeed, 150'c To be precise! So i took the kart in to look further and on the top water pipe engine side seemed to be very hot but further down the same pipe connecting to the radiator was cold. which seemed strange as the sensor was there.

Anyway i assumed that there was air in the system so i unscrewed the bleed nipple to drain the air out, but nothing happened! so i took the radiator lid off to see if that would make any difference but it didn't. i blew down the top of the radiator and water did come out but only when i blew air down it, I even tried running the engine but still nothing.

Is there any suggestions is there a chance the water pump could be shot?

Any help would be most appreciate as i don't want to kill my engine...
