Rebuild time is about 80 hours as long as you change the oil every 1.5 hours max. There's only 250ml in it so it's not expensive. Rebuild cost me just over Ł500.
With regard to chassis, for TKM 4/ you use chassis which meet CIK regs. (Similar to Rotax??)so there's no list of TKM eligible chassis like for 2/. I'd be surprised if your Biland chassis didn't conform.
