Yup you can do it yourself. Brian P's ebook might take you through how to do it (web address in in his profile).

Be cautious with your regs, however. Just because your circuit is non-MSA does not mean that they have not adopted the 2009 Honda regs which clearly state the need for the sealed units if they are de-baffed (prokart engineering only).
